Ingredients

1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
2 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
1.25 cup Milk, 1%
1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
.12 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Heatoven to 400 degrees F. Grease 10 x 1 1/2" glass pie plate. In a 10 inch skillet, cook onions and olive oil over medium low heat stirring occasionally, until onions are light brown. Sprinkle tuna, 1 cup of the cheese and the onions in the pie plate. Beat eggs, egg whites, milk, baking mix and pepper with mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes and serve.
