Ingredients

    1 serving CytoSport Muscle Milk - Vanilla Creme (2 scoops) (by BROOKELISE)
    1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated
    .05 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    0.5 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1 serving Potassium (99 mg) Spring Valley

Directions

Add almond mild, then protein, then the rest of the ingredients. I carefully add the fruit last so that no powder flies out of the blender. Blend for about 7 seconds. Blending longer will reduce the size of the fruit but add more air bubbles, so experiment to find your preferred consistency.
