    2 serving Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Roast
    2 cups canned Black Beans
    1.5 cup, cubes Sweet potato
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 serving Del Monte Diced Tomatoes

Directions

Sweat the onions, all the rest in and simmer. Add cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
