Introduction
A low-fat, low carb dessert. A low-fat, low carb dessert.Number of Servings: 15
Ingredients
-
4 serving Great Value Sugar Free Peach Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (by MR_ROGCAR)
1 serving Great Value Sugar Free Strawberry Gelatin Dessert (by BELISAMASANA)
8 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese
25 serving Kraft Cool Whip - Extra Creamy Whipped Topping, 2Tbsp (9g) (by GABIRUSZCZAK)
Directions
Using 2 pkgs of any flavor sugar-free jello (4 serving size, 1 pkg 8-seving size), fix to pkg directions. Place in refrigerator until partially set. Let cool whip and low-fat cream cheese soften while waiting for the jello to set.
In a separate bowl mix together low-fat cream cheese and cool whip using hand held mixer on high. Slowly mix in barely set jello starting at a low speed then getting faster until well blended. You can keep it as a whole or divide up into serving size (1/2 cup) dishes and return to refrigerator to finish setting.
*You can omit the cream cheese for an even lighter dessert that is still delicious. Or use full fat cream cheese for a ketogenic dessert.
**You can choose Sugar Free or Lite cool whip. I chose full-fat because it has a lower carb count.
