Tips
These are sweet enough to be enjoyed plain, or with honey. :) (Not included in the recipe calculation.)
Directions
Mash bananas with fork. Add wet ingredients.
IF DESIRED food process, seperately, the seeds, chips, oatmeal and cranberries--I have toddlers, and they will pick out the cranberries, chips or seeds if I don't process the oatmeal, chips, pumpkin seeds and cranberries.)
Mix together dry ingredients in another bowl, and add to wet ingredients. Then, add chips, seeds and cranberries.
Drop by 1/4 cups onto gresed iron and cook until done.
One serving is two 1/4 cups. (My waffle iron can handle exactly 1/2 cup of this misture. If yours is smaller, just do 1/4 at a time, and eat two for a "serving".
Serving Size: Makes EIGHT (1/2 cup of batter each) waffles.
