    6 tbsp Heinz -Tomato Ketchup (Per 1 tbsp)
    3 gram Sauce, Worcester Sauce, Lee & Perrin's, 1 tsp=4g (by LISAPEPPAN)

    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh

Tips

leave out mushrooms if desired


Directions

brown mince, strain liquid into cup and spoon out fat at top. return liquid to mince. microwave onions is a small amount of water for 2 minutes. then add all ingredients to the mince and cook for 15 minutes. serve with pasta and/or salad
