Ingredients

    5 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    1.75 cup (1 can) Happy Harvest Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Seasonings
    1.75 cup (1 Can) Del Monte Seasoned Zucchini with Italian Style Tomato Sauce
    1 cup (1 Can) Mushrooms, canned
    .5 large Onions, raw
    Garlic Powder to taste

Directions

Assemble chicken on bottom of crock pot. Add other ingredients. Cook on high for 8 hours.
