1/2 cup Arrowhead Mills All Purpose Mix
1 TBS Pineapple Juice
1/2 TBS Earth Balance Buttery Spread
1 1/2 TBS rbst-free 1% Milk
1/8 cup Peterson Farms Dried Triple Cherry Blend
1 Canned Pineapple Slice (in Juice)
3 tsp Wholesome Organic Sucanat
3 Custard dishes
Directions
Makes 3 biscuits
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Lightly grease custard dishes.
Mix dry mix, pineapple juice, milk, and melted butter. Place 1/3 of the 1/8 cup of dried cherries in the bottom of each custard dishes and top with a pineapple slice in each cup. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of Sucanat on each pineapple. Spread 1/3 dough on top of each pineapple and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp Sucanat on each. Place in the center of oven and bake 10-12 minutes until biscuit is done through.
