Ingredients

    16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
    5 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    2 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 clove Garlic
    1.75 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375.Add onions, garlic, peppers to a pan with a spray of oil, Allow to start to soften, add ground turkey,(seasoning of your choice added here) diced tomatoes allow to cook on the stove until onions are cooked through, move to oven and allow to roast for 20 mins to soften peppers and meld flavors. Remove from oven and add any topping you would like.
