Introduction

Yummy salad to eat cold as starter, main or just as side dish. Yummy salad to eat cold as starter, main or just as side dish.

Ingredients

    Per person,
    1 Big red pepper
    1 Onion
    1 Tomato
    1 table spoon olive oli
    Balsamic vinegar to taste
    Salt to taste

Directions

The easiest of the yummiest salad.
Place all the ingredients in a tray in a preheated oven at 150c for about 45 mins.
Peel the peppers and onions when still warm so its easier to peel.
Cut them into strips and place them in a bowl.
Make a dressing with the oil, vinegar and salt and poor it into the salad.
Let cool down in the fridge and eat.
For more nutrition poor a can of tuna into it so you can have it as main.
