Ingredients

    4.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2.0 cup Rye flour, light
    0.6 cup Granulated Sugar
    1.5 tsp Salt
    1.04 ounce Yeast, bakers
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Use warm water to dissolve sugar and add yeast. Wait till yeast rises and is frothy then add flour and knead till combined. Let rise till double its size. Pound down and knead into loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Let rise till double its size. Bake for 30 min.
