Introduction

This is a sauce I make for over rice and pasta. It is full of fresh veggies and is easy to make. This is a sauce I make for over rice and pasta. It is full of fresh veggies and is easy to make.

Ingredients

    1 pound Ground beef
    1 onion (diced)
    1-2 tomatos (depending on size- cubed)
    2-3 garlic (crushed)
    1 green bell pepper (chopped)
    1 Tblespoon mixed meat spices
    11/2 teaspoon salt
    11/2 teaspoon blackpepper
    2 Tblespoon veggie oil
    1 small can of tomato paste
    1 cup of green peas, carrots and corn (fresh or canned)
    1 cup of hot water

Directions

Start by boiling the meat and skim the fat off the top. Do this until the water is clear of fat. Then drain. Add diced onions to the skillet and add 2 Tblespoon of veggie oil, saute the onoins until golden brown, add in the garlic, then add in the meat. Saute until meat is fully cooked then add in the mixed meat spices and black pepper. Then when all looks cooked add in the green peppers and tomatoes saute in and cover. Stir occationally until the juice of the tomato has dried, then add the tomato paste and stir in while adding the hot water. Add in the salt (taste to your liking) lastly add in the mix veggies, lower the heat , cover and let simmer until done. Add on top of white rice or any pasta you wish. Enjoy!
