Ingredients

    6 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Bread, pita, white
    1 tsp President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard
    4 leaves Basil
    35 gram(s) Emmenthal Cheese, Sobeys (by SCHLEPP)

Directions

Spread the mustard on the pita bread, add the grated cheese, the place the tomato slices, and finish with the basil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on the barbecue grill or in the oven until the pita is crisped and the cheese has melted.
