Ingredients

    2.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    4.0 oz hormel corned beef
    32.0 gram canned tomato sauce
    8.0 serving raw potatoes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and fill remaining space with water. Boil until potatoes & onions are tender. Add salt &pepper to taste. Serving Size: 8 one cup servings

    Add in onion and other veggies. Little tsp of garlic and onion powders. Used chicken stock vs. plain water. Or could use beef stock . . . or bone broth. - 2/16/21
