Introduction

Ingredients

    3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    1 cup Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Fancy Shredded Natural Cheddar Cheese
    4 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    4 tbsp Basil
    16 serving Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp
    .66 cup Milk, 1%
    2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)

Directions

Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
mix 2/3 cup milk and 2 cups Bisquick (Heart Smart) and spread into pan.
layer 1-2 layers of sliced tomatoes
sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives and chopped basil on tomatoes
in separate bowl, mix 1 cup light mayonnaise and 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
spread mixture on top of ingredients in the 8x8 pan.
bake in oven on 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown

Serving Size: 8"X8" pan cut into 9 servings
