Ingredients
-
1 lb Pork Country Boneless Ribs
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)

Directions
1. Let the boneless pork ribs come to room temperature, about 30 minutes, before cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Remove any sections of fat from the ribs. Mix the last 6 ingredients together to form a rub.
3. Coat the ribs thoroughly on all sides with the rub mix or your desired spices/herbs.
4. Place the ribs, in a single layer, into a baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
5. Bake the ribs in the oven for one hour.
7. Uncover the ribs, add any BBQ sauce* of your choice, to all sides. Place the foil back over the baking dish and cook another 30 minutes or until they reach internal temperature of 145 degrees.
8. Let ribs rest for 5 minutes so the juices can redistribute. Cut ribs apart and server with extra BBQ sauce.
