Ingredients

    16 oz Ground beef
    .25 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched
    1 large Egg, slightly beaten
    1 tbsp Parsley
    2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    .5 tsp Salt
    .125 tsp Pepper, black
    1 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Soup
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Mix meat through 1/4 cup soup in ingredients list on bowl. Shape in about 20 small balls and place in skillet. Mix remaining soup, water, and Worcestershire; pour over meatballs. Bring to boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 35-40 mins, stirring often.
