Introduction

The fresh basil complements the mango, and the orange or lemon sorbet really gives it a tangy kick. If I am using this as a meal substitute, I add a little extra yogurt and I am all set for a few hours.

I'm very eager to try this recipe since I'm growing three varieties of fresh basil in pots on my patio this summer. One of my favorite varieties is lemon basil and I think that'll compliment this recipe well. I'll rate the recipe once I've tried it. Off to the store for the other ingredients! - 6/18/08
