Introduction

The fresh basil complements the mango, and the orange or lemon sorbet really gives it a tangy kick. If I am using this as a meal substitute, I add a little extra yogurt and I am all set for a few hours.

  • I'm very eager to try this recipe since I'm growing three varieties of fresh basil in pots on my patio this summer. One of my favorite varieties is lemon basil and I think that'll compliment this recipe well. I'll rate the recipe once I've tried it. Off to the store for the other ingredients! - 6/18/08
