Introduction

Delicious fruit salad. Great for picnics, reunions or parties. Delicious fruit salad. Great for picnics, reunions or parties.

Ingredients

    1.0 pint as purchased, yields Strawberries, fresh
    4.0 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks Pineapple, canned
    0.75 package (20 oz) Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    4.0 cup Grapes - red or green - 1 cup
    3.0 serving Kiwi Mighties (2 kiwis = 1 serving)
    2.0 fruit without refuse Mangos
    0.5 cup Honey
    4.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
    1.0 tsp Ginger, ground

Directions

Cut and combine all fruit (except lime) in XL glass mixing bowl. In a small bowl or cup mix honey, ginger and juice from lime. Pour honey mixture on top of fruit and gently mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Mix well before serving.
