Ingredients

    340 gram(s) scoobi do pasta dry pasta (by MOMMA371)
    0.25 cup Butter, unsalted
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    2 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    2 cup Half and Half Cream
    3.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar
    6 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup)
    0.25 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tsp Dry mustard or Mustard Powder (by CHUCKLES0719)
    0.75 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Bacon, pork, microwaved
    2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    0.3 cup Flour, white
    0.75 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain

Directions

Bake/ fry bacon - cut up and set aside.

Boil pasta about 9min - drain and set aside.

Melt 1/4 butter. Add minced jalapeno. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Add flour. Sautee another 2-3 minutes. Whisk in milk and cream, bring to a boil and keep whisking for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cheeses, salt, pepper,s and mustard. Stir until cheese is melted in. Add bacon and macaroni and stir until combined. Pour into a 9X13 (3quart) casserole dish.

Melt 2tbsp butter, stir in breadcrumbs, sprinkle on top.

Probably should have already preheated the oven to 375. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before serving.

Serving Size: 8 BIG bowls. Could easily make this into 10 or 12 servings. Or more.
