Introduction

Ingredients

    14 oz short pasta such as wheels or seashells
    1 lb turkey bacon
    4 medium Campari tomatoes, diced
    1 large green bell pepper, diced
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

Top with shredded cheddar cheese for a BLT melt salad.


Directions

1. Cook and drain pasta. Set aside.
2. Chop bacon into strips and fry. Drain off excess oil.
3. Combine pasta, bacon, bell pepper and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in diced tomatoes.
4. Chill for 1 hour and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
