Ingredients

    3 Tbsp Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 Tbsp Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Tips

This biscuit goes well with raspberries stirred into Greek yogurt.


Directions

Place egg in a microwave-safe mug; then whisk well
Add Bisquick and cheese, stir until well blended
Microwave on High for 1 minute plus 1 second
Remove from microwave oven immediately, then turn upside down onto plate.
Let sit until cool enough to eat, then serve.
