Ingredients

    0.75 cup Compliments Coconut Milk (65 mL)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp *Flax Seed
    1 serving Pure Protein - Whey Protein Powder Vanilla Creme, 1 scoop, 39g
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

Can use flax oil if desired and add 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut ( not calculated in recipe).


Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender. Can add ice to thicken if desired.
