Ingredients

12 oz Broccoli Slaw
10 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)
2 tbsp Fresh Ginger
5 serving Fresh Selections by Kroger - Cole Slaw (85g)
6 tsp Garlic, Minced, Spice World
2 tsp pure seasame seed oil
10 serving Kroger Canned 100% Natural Chicken Breast Chunks in Water
7 serving Nasoya Egg Roll Wrap
6 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium)

Directions
1-Combine slaws in large bowl and mix them together.
2-Combine oil, soy, garlic, ginger and peanut butter and warm slightly (stove top or microwave) until mixed well.
3-pour over slaw and mix really well (hands work the best, plus its fun)
4- Spoon mixture on the bottom third of one egg roll wrapper; fold sides toward center and roll tightly. (Keep remaining wrappers covered with a damp paper towel until ready to use.) Place seam side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Repeat.
5- Spritz tops of egg rolls with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. (you can fry them also until brown, just not as healthy)
