Ingredients

    # *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (1 lb)
    # Chicken Gravy, 16 tbsp (1 cup)
    # Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (303 x 406)
    # Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    # *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup (remove)
    # dreamfields low carb elbow pasta, 4 serving (remove)
    # Garlic, 4 tsp

Directions

(preheat oven to 375)cook meat, onions and garlic, drain, add corn and gravey and cheese, mix well, cook dreamfield as directed, mix all together pour into 8x8 glass casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes or till brown on top
you can save on calories and fat if you use low fat cheese, this is all I had on hand LOL) makes 6 8oz servings
