Ingredients

    24 oz Boneless Chicken Thighs (This is about six thighs cut them up anyway you'd like) (Raw)
    1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh (Tear or chop into small pieces)
    1 tsp *Lawry’s Seasoned Salt (by LYONHART1968)
    6 tsp Soy Sauce, Trader Joe's Reduced Sodium (by HEROLDC)
    1 serving honey (raw, trader joes, organic) (1 tbs)
    1 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Tips

Depending on you level of cooking experience and pre prep( prepping ingredients the day before is a great idea) this dish can take only 15 minutes!


Directions

Marinate the Chicken in Honey, Soy Sauce, sugar and salt for 20 minutes or more. Heat a skillet or wok on high and add a tbsp of coconut, sesame or grape seed oil, Stir fry the chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan. Add the veggies and stir fry adding any seasonings you like. Return the chicken to the skillet and stir the cabbage and chicken together. If you don't have enough liquid in the skillet add only a drop because the cabbage will start to produce it's own water as it cook. Enjoy!
