2.0 cup, diced Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast)
1.0 tsp Garlic
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1.0 cup Beans, black
12.0 serving El Pollo Loco, 6.5 flour tortilla
8.0 tbsp *Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium
0.5 cup Borden Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
Directions
Sautee onion and garlic. Add beans, meat. Cook a little then add salsa and cheese. Spoon mixture into tortilla and roll tightly. Secure with toothpick, spray with pam and bake for 30-40 minutes flipping 1x to get crispy on other side.
Bake at 350.
