Ingredients

    2.0 cup, diced Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast)
    1.0 tsp Garlic
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Beans, black
    12.0 serving El Pollo Loco, 6.5 flour tortilla
    8.0 tbsp *Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium
    0.5 cup Borden Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese

Directions

Sautee onion and garlic. Add beans, meat. Cook a little then add salsa and cheese. Spoon mixture into tortilla and roll tightly. Secure with toothpick, spray with pam and bake for 30-40 minutes flipping 1x to get crispy on other side. Bake at 350. Serving Size: 12 flautas
