Ingredients

    64 oz Beef, top sirloin
    0.5 cup Flour, white
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1814 grams Potato, raw
    907 grams Carrots, raw
    907 grams Onions, raw
    454 grams Celery, raw
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    8 serving McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix (Dry. 1 pkg) (by MRCHAMPY)
    1 tsp Thyme, fresh
    0.33 tbsp Rosemary
    0.33 tbsp Parsley
    1 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Coat beef with flour; brown in oil. Add water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer ~45 min. Add vegetables. Return to boil, reduce heat, and simmer ~30 min. Add herbs, seasoning mix, and pepper. Simmer an additional 30 min or until vegetables are tender.
