Introduction

Ingredients

    0.5 tbsp dried Basil
    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 tsp crushed garlic
    3.0 cup, chopped Kale
    8 oz container sliced Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, cubed Sweet potato
    2 cup Water
    0.5 cup Whole Grain Quinoa (uncooked)
    1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.5 cup red Quinoa (uncooked)
    7 oz Turkey Smoked Sausage
    1 tsp Cumin seed

Directions

Sautee onion and garlic, add sausage, cook until lightly browned. Stir in all the other ingredients except for Kale. Bring to a boil, then cover and turn heat to low. Simmer 15 mins and stir in Kale. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 mins. Enjoy. Serving Size: 8- 1 cup servings
