Ingredients

    12 oz Beef, eye of round
    2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    3 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried
    0.5 tsp Thyme, ground
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Brown eye of round in oil and garlic in skillet. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook for 4-6 hours. Slice beef and serve.
