Ingredients

**Meatballs**
1 lb Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Milk, nonfat
1/5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
**Sauce**
1/2 cup, packed Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium)
1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1-20oz can Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added
Tips
I normally serve this with brown rice and mixed veggies.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a large baking dish will aluminum foil and lightly spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix together all of the ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl.
3. Roll meatballs and place in baking dish.
4. Bake meatballs for 20-30 minutes; flipping about half way through.
5. Mix cornstarch & brown sugar together and add to a large skillet. Heat until warm.
6. Add apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, green bell peppers, and pineapple chunks to skillet. Heat until slightly boiling.
7. Reduce heat to medium-low and add baked meatballs to skillet.
8. Stir, cover, and let cook for about 10 minutes.
9. Serve with your choice of sides.
