40 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
8 tbsp Kirkland Creamy Almond Butter (ss = 2 Tbs = 32g)
35 grams Coconut, raw
1 cup Sun Maid, California Chopped Dates
.5 cup Maple Syrup
2 cup Brown Rice Crisp Cereal (by KAY-AICH)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions
chop nuts and coconut in food processor, set aside.
Mix almond butter,, almond flour, dates, vanilla and syrup in food processor. stir in nuts and seeds into food processor.
Mix in rice in large bowl with hands. spray 9" x 9" pan with cooking spray, line with waxed paper or parchment. Press mixture into pan. Freeze 2 hours, remove from pan, peel off paper and cut into small pieces 1" x 0.5". Enjoy sparingly.
