Ingredients

1-13.25oz box of wheat penne rigate noodles
1-26oz can of your favorite spaghetti sauce
About 1lb of extra lean (breast) turkey
7T parmesan cheese
6oz part skim mozzarella cheese (save some for the end of recipe)
1-2 cloves minced garlic
2T diced fresh rosemary (or dried, but use less)
1/2c (or as much as you like) diced onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*.
Cook the pasta (you can cook until al dente, but it's not in the oven long enough to make the noodles soggy, so I just cook them all the way), drain and leave noodles in pot. While the noodles are cooking, cook the ground turkey. When both are done, mix them together and add the spaghetti sauce, most of the mozzarella cheese, rosemary, onion, garlic and any other herbs you'd like to add (basil is a good one, but the spaghetti sauce usually has some nice seasoning in it). Mix well and spread into a greased 9x12 dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake uncovered for about 15min or until bubbly.
Using a 9x12in dish it's easy to divide it up into eight portions. I'd say it's about 1/2-3/4c per serving.
