.25 cup flour
.3 cup, packed brown sugar
.5 tsp cinnamon, ground
.5 stick butter, unsalted
1 cup blueberries, fresh

Tips
I love making this for brunch because most of the work can be done the night before.
Directions
Night before::
1. Grease 9 X 11 pan with release agent.
2. Slice baguette in 3/4-inch slices and lay snugly in prepared pan. Cut small pieces to fill in gaps, like a puzzle!
3. In a medium bowl lightly whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir in the milk.
4. Pour evenly over the bread slices.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning:
1. Preheat oven to 375-degrees.
2. In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. Cut butter into brown sugar mixture until crumbly.
4. Remove toast from fridge and scatter mixed berries over the top. Sprinkle topping evenly over berries.
5. Bake at 375-degrees for 35-40 minutes until puffy and golden.
6. Cut into 8 pieces and ENJOY!
