Ingredients

    6 serving Pillsbury Pizza Crust Classic pizza dough, 1 package 6 servings
    8 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    4 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning

Tips

could also add chopped olives, onions, diced tomatoes.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef and add taco seasoning with 3 tbsp of water to pan. Remove pizza crust from package, smooth out into a rectangle. Spread pizza crust with cooked ground beef and cheese. Roll up from short end. You can bake it 15 minutes as is, OR, slice into 12 slices, and put slices on greased cookie sheet and bake. I was worried the slices would fall apart so I baked it first and then sliced it to serve it.
