Introduction

Can be served as stew topped with fat free sour cream, or as filler in tacos/burritos, or on top of salad greens. Cheese is optional, and the flavor is so intense you don't miss it. Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    taco seasoning packet
    1/2 c water
    1 lg. can diced tomatoes
    1 can corn
    1 can kidney beans
    garnish with fat free sour cream

Directions

In a large saute pan, brown the ground turkey, add taco seasoning packet and 1/2 c water, then add the diced tomatoes and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add the corn and beans and it is ready to serve. Makes 4 bowls of stew, 15 burritos, or place on a bed of lettuce.
