    28 oz canned crushed tomato
    1 small Onions, diced
    2 clove Garlic, minced
    2 tsp Ginger Root, minced
    2 tbsp Garam Masala
    1 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
    .5 tsp Cumin powder
    .5 tsp Coriander pwder
    8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    3 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt
    1 container Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)
    1/4 cup fresh Cilantro


Combine all ingredients, except yogurt and cilantro, in Instant Pot. Cook on high for 15 minutes. Stir in yogurt and cilantro.
