    6.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    5.0 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach
    12.0 oz Baked Potatoe plain (1/2of POTATOE)
    1.3 serving Carrott, Raw Large
    13.8 oz Campbells Chicken Noodle Soup
    4.3 oz Lipton Kosher Matzo Ball Soup Mix as Prepared


Cut up carrott, potatoe and onion into soup size pieces and mince garlic cloves. Season with Olive oil, salt and Pepper and toss by hand. Bake in 400 oven for 30 min on foiled lined baking tray. Set aside. Bring campbelks soup t a boil add chicken breast, cut into 3 equal pieces. Boil for 15-20 min. Remove breast and shred. Prepare matzo ball mix as instructed add campbells soup to lipton soup mix with 10 cups water, bring to boild, drop in matzo balls, reduce to simmer and stir occassionally for 10 min. Add spinach, simmer 5 more minites then add vegetables and chicken, simmering and stirring occassionalky until heated through.Enjoy! Serving Size: 1 cup
