Ingredients

    3 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    .125 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    .125 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    .5 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med
    3 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 oz Cured Ham
    3 tbsp Half and Half Cream
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Saute' onion, bell pepper and garlic in olive oils until soft. Add ham and Basil. reduce heat to low. Mix eggs with half and half and cook in other pan until almost done. Add to saute'd mixture and finish cooking and mixing together. add pepper and salt to taste.
