Ingredients

    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1 cube (6 fl oz prepared) Beef bouillon
    1 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Flour Tortillas
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    4 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    1.5 Lb. Sliced Beef Sirloin
    1 cup Cheese: Sargento Reduced Fat Cheddar, shredded

Directions

Mix Beef, 2 tbsp. cup oil, Beef Bouillon, sugar, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a container to marinate until the next day.
Cook onions and pepper with 2 tbsp. oil until tender.
Warm tortilla.
Heat beef mixture to 165 degrees or higher.
Combine cooked beef, onions and pepper together, 1 oz. shred. cheese. Put 3 oz. on a warmed tortilla shell. Fold to contain.
Serve with picante or salsa, sour cream, guacamole
