Ingredients

    12 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    .75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    5 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g
    1 package Ortega Enchilada Sauce
    5 serving Black Olives, Black Pearls, medium pitted, 5 olives

Directions

Brown Ground beef, Cook Enchilada sauce. Add 1/2 cup of sauce to meat. Warm tortillas, dip in sauce, put in spoonful of meat, wrap and put in an 9x11 pan. Pour rest of sauce over top. Sprinkle cheese and olives over the top. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes until cheese has melted and is bubbly.
