Ingredients

    4.0 tsp Paprika
    1.0 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    2.0 cup Soy Milk
    5.0 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz.
    8.0 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour

Directions

1) Mix the .5 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plate or pan. Dredge chops in flour mixture. Reserve remaining flour 2) Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chops; Brown on both sides. Transfer to a shallow baking dish. Add onion to skillet,; saute until tender. 3) Stir in the remaining flour. Blend in milk with a whisk. Whisk until sauce is thickened up a little bit.(about 2-3 minutes) Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. 4) Pour sauce over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, in 350' preheated oven for 1 hour.
