Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

2 tbsp good syrupy balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Rosemary
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
16 oz Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork

Directions

Chop 2-3 cloves of garlic pretty fine
Add garlic, rosemary, balsamic, and olive oil to a shallow dish (I use a cake pan) and whisk together. Balsamic reduction or a balsamic class works really well.
Pat chops dry, season both sides with salt & pepper, then place in the marinade and flip over. Pop into the fridge and let them soak for a while, flipping again after a bit

Preheat your grill and cook to medium well.
