Ingredients

    roma angel hair pasta, 4.50 serving
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (1lb)
    great value golden sweet whole kernel corn no salt added, 3.5 serving (1 can)
    Chicken Gravy, 16 tbsp (1 cup)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (1tbs)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp

Directions

Brown your Turkey and garlic and onions, while doing that cook the angel hair pasta by the directions, drain turkey when it is done put back in pan, add gravy , red pepper and corn stir, add angel hair pasta when done and your meal is finished :)

    This was way too hot. 1 tbsp of pepper is too much. WAY too much. We couldn't even eat it. - 6/23/08

    im sorry, maybe you should try it without the hot pepper, we like our food hot and they say the red pepper is better for you so I add it to everything (since I dont add salt I like the flavor, I love salt and have low blood pressure but my fiancee has high so I dont add salt to anything, red pepper
