Ingredients

1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
3 large Apples, any kind, fresh with skin
10oz Angel Food Cake
2 cup Milk 2%
8oz tub Cool Whip Fat Free
2 Tbsp Toll House Butterscotch Morsels
1 box Jello Instant Pudding Mix, French Vanilla
8oz Green Mountain Farms: Greek Cream Cheese
1 jar SMUCKER'S Toppings - Butterscotch Flavor
Tips
I like to use 1 red, 1 green, and 1 yellow apple to add color to the dessert.
Directions
In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth then beat in pudding. Add 1 cup whipped topping.
In a 3-qt. glass bowl, layer a third of the cake cubes, 1/3 cup butterscotch topping, a third of the apples, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a third of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers twice. Garnish with remaining whipped topping, butterscotch morsels, butterscotch topping and a couple sprinkles of cinnamon. Chill until serving.
