Base recipe, everyones tastes differ. If it is bland, just season to taste!

    Good
Very tasty and the process tenderized an otherwise tough NY Strip Steak. My son gave it a 'make again' which is always a good sign! - 3/27/07

    Very Good
I used cube steak instead of round steak, Campbell's healthy Request Mushroom soup, sauted fresh mushrooms(1 cup), increased wated to 1/2 soup can. After browning left in skillet and added ingredients and simmered for 1 hour. - 3/13/07
