Ingredients

2 serving Stevia in the Raw
1 cup Granulated Sugar
4 cup Raspberries
2 serving margarine - Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread - 1 Tbsp
1 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat)
2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Tips
Mix dry ingredients first. Melt butter. Add flavoring to the milk. Add the milk and butter to the dry ingredients.
Directions
Put raspberries (or berries of your choice) on the bottom of a pam-spray 9 X 12" pan. Sprinkle 1/12 cups of Stevia over the top. Shake pan.
Mix in Bowl:
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Stevia
1 cup of milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla (or almond flavoring)
Pour or spoon mixture over the berries. Doesn't have to be totally covered. Bake 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
Easy to vary the fruit on bottom. Use rhubarb, cherries, peaches, or your choice.
Serving Size: Makes 12 3 X 3 " pieces
