    1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained, warmed
    1/2 cup shredded cabbage
    1/4 cup red onion, raw
    4 Mission whole wheat fajita tortillas, warmed
    1 tsp lime juice
    1/4 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
    4 oz chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, roasted & shredded


6" corn tortillas may be substituted


Divide ingredients among the 4 tortillas. Fold and eat.
