Ingredients

10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 cup Schnucks shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1.5 cup Marketside Baby Spinach
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
0.5 serving carrot shreds
2 tbsp minced onions (by GRANDCRACKER)
2 tsp Garlic powder
14 oz Appleton farms pork sausage (by KYPATTON)
Directions
Pre-heat oven 350°
Fry sausage till brown and cooked evenly. Allow to cool.
In a bowl, add all ten eggs and whip. Add shredded carrots, chopped spinach and diced tomato, along with garlic and onion.
Using nonstick muffin pan, add sausage to bottom of each muffin cup. Pour egg mixture, evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, then use the "toothpick method" to ensure cooked thoroughly.
