We used turkey instead of chicken and spinach instead of romaine. It was really tasty! - 1/27/21

Delicious and fast to prepare. I used dried oregano and did not adjust the measurement. Skipped the olives to save additional calories and served mine on a Arnold's 100 calorie multi grain sandwich thin. - 12/4/09
